Rear Disc Hub - eDrawing

This is the eDrawing of the rear disc hub - drawing provided by Josh, yet untested, but Josh is in the process of having his machined up. It uses the later model ARP wheel studs. Whatever studs you use, the stud holes must be 0.4318-0.6858mm smaller than the stud's knurl diameter to ensure a good interference fit. Bearings used are TIMKEN # 4T-30204 (inner) and 4T-320/28x (outer). The 19.5mm recesses in the back of the hub's face are there for correct seating of the studs and are only offset from the surface by 0.5mm (0.5mm deep). It's suited to a DBA182 disc for a 87-91 ED CRX, but may also suit a DBA198 disc for a 88-91 BA4 Prelude using the 79-87 rear Prelude calipers and brackets which will bolt straight up to the Civic knuckles. The calipers may need a small spacer which Josh will test once he gets his hub machined up.

Rear Disc Hub - DXF file

This is the DXF file which is pretty much the industry standard for machine shops etc. You provide this file to a machine shop and they can then manually produce the part from the drawing (old-fashioned way - lathe, mill, etc) or they can use this file to write the G-code that instructs a CNC machine in regards to which tools to use for which processes, and tool paths, etc.
