Do these eliminate the rubber strut tops that are impossible to find?

Yes, they have pillow-ball upper mounts with adjustable camber which replace the rubber strut tops.

Awesome, thank you both. How about the spring rates? If I wanted it to be near as soft as stock should I request different?

I had BC coilovers on my CR-Z and they were too stiff out of the box.

They offer:
Front Spring Rate 62-170-7
Rear Spring Rate 62-250-3
Front Swift Spring 62-178-X
Rear Swift Spring 62-254-X

Looks like they can also do custom...

The BC struts are definitely the way to go but strut tops are not hard to find. I have plenty of the 77+ large ones (aftermarket) and a few of the early 1500 middle size ones (reco). I've run out of recoed early 1200 small ones but it'll be easy to get more done, I just have to get around to finding some old ones.
Civic Garage for all your rubber seal and weatherstrip needs.
