hopefully coming up soon, time to repaint the cvcc... after i find my bubble flares i have been looking for forever!!, time to decide on a color... the cvcc was first yellow, as almost everyone one i have seen is... it was soon thereafter painted pearl white with a red nose, but the doorjams and engine bay are still yellow...

now the dilemma... repainting the whole thing yellow again with grey flares would be great for making it look more original, but everyone that ive seen around here is yellow!!

or... what about a full repaint in this color??

(another picture of the color in a natural light) its a stock nissan altima color, so it should be easy (and cheep enough) to get materials for as opposed to a one off color, and thus would also be alot easier to touch up if an incident was to occur... but... what are you guys' thoughts on either of the two colors??

That grey is very subtle. If you are ever going to consider red, VW has one called "Flash Red" that is way bright, That is what I am thinking of for my Civic.

i think the grey would look fantastic.
VW has quite a few colors(mostly air cooled cars)that i beleive would look great on a civic. like that cool type 3 beige color. in fact a few months ago vw trends put every color that vw used on the air cooled beetle from every country in every year in this pull out section.
it's more than you would think.

Some early 1200 Civic's had a mettallic Grey from factory...so there is a factory color code for one.

Have you ever thought of going with the Integra Type-R yellow? That's what I'll be choosing after my civic was backed into by my neighbour.
