i was swapping a 1rst generation b16a into my 92 civic dx,and i was wondering if the ecu that came with the motor,part#37820-pr3-901,will swap over into my 92 civic dx

No, it won't. 1st Gen B16 is a has a different wiring harness. The difference between OBD and OBD2. Luckily the '92 Civic computer already supports vtec. Just add three wires and done-diddy.
