Have a 93 Civic, auto & air, that overheats after running in stop and go traffic. Will not begin to overheat while driving above 30 mph. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, need a motor for my 86 Civic wagon, auto/air. Live in central Ohio.

Check the thermostat and sensor wiring for radiator fan.
The wiring will break at motor.

look for a 2 prong sensor at the thermostat housing or above the oil filter and run a jumper wire to see if the fans come on with the ignition key, If not It's the fan motor. If they do I'ts the sensor. Do they come on when the air cond. is on?
