I run a 32/36 for now. I have a pair of DCOE 40's I will run if I ever find a manifold!

Thanks for the input Dan! (Mixed you up with Dennis...sorry about that.)

Colby, I've run both the 32/36 and 38DGES on my stock EK1 (in an Accord). The 38 did give a little more mid and upper rpm power, but the gas mileage, and throttle response at low rpms, weren't as good. To answer your question, the 38DGES isn't too much carb for a slighlty modified EK1, and it works on a modified one, but for a totally stock engine, the results may be disappointing.

Ok, here's the deal. My EK1 is basically stock other than a fresh rebuild (1mm over, .007 off head and deck). Seeing that I plan on eventually adding a cam, opening up the exhaust, etc., could I feasibly use a properly jetted 38 DGES now in anticipation of future mods?
Or should I just rejet/rebuild the 32/36 DGEV and use it?
Dennis, what do you use?
