Front left wheel knock

Try lifting up the left side and putting it on a jackstand, then grab your wheel and pull on it side to side, up and down.....see if it feels loose in any way, also check your strut tower, make sure the rubber on the top of the tower has not separated from the mount.

Could be an inner bushing on a lower control arm, with age the metal sleeve sometimes separates from the rubber.

Could be that the suspension under diflection, either up or down the cv is bouncing or touching somewhere. Just a thought, I had it happen on a toyotya once.

doctors....
when accelerate or surpise brake.
a hard knocking noise come from the left wheel..
checked the ball joint,tie rod end,wheel bearing.
everything seems fine...

what could it bee?
