Thanks guys,
Unfortunately, my header is 10+ years old and full of rust. I bought it used and worn from Todd a few years ago. I should have gone in on the S&S deal but I had spent all my $$. My trailer is custom and works well except for 1 item that I will have to address (that's obvious now). It is a bit steep and when the front tires are on the ground the headers are almost touching the deck. I came back a bit fast and as my suspension compressed, the header pipe caught the deck and got pulled forward. I will remove all the metal that could cause such an accident again.
Anyhow, while repair is possible, thank you all for your suggestions, I would really prefer a new set of headers.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?!?

Your header is an easy fix, because its not a ten year old header full of rust. If you cant get someone local to do it the send it my way. I have a friend that Tig welds better than S&S. Try to find someone to tig weld it, most muffler guys are real sloppy. #1! Get a good trailer. I built my trailer for the Civic, with a torsion axle. Never comes close to the header.

A good independant exhaust shop should be able to replace the bent tube on your header. The exhasut shop I go will even makes headers. I got a cost for a CVCC header at about$150.00.

hedman headers and hooker both sell what you need. There are some other companies that sell them too.
I'm real sorry to hear about that!

I went out this weekend to an industrial park show Zippy to my parents. Had a lot of fun. But, I broke a couple of things. I have a hole in a tire. It's not possible to plug a racing tire is it?
Headers:
I bent the number 3 header pipe beyond repair when I was putting it on my trailer. These are my options as I see them. Other ideas are welcome.
1) Does anybody have a set of headers for a 1200 to sell?
2) S&S Header run? How many do we need to order, 15 sets?
3) Repair, I could weld in new pieces if I had them. I need the 90 degree bend at the bottom and some straight pipe. Does anybody know where I can buy some mandrel bent tubing and straights in mild steel?
