Be very careful heating up a panel to get a dent out. You really need to know what you are doing and how the stresses on the metal are going to make it react. You don't want to get it red hot as you'll find it'll start shrinking and bending long before then.
Doing this is known as a heatshrink. To do it properly you have to know just where to heat, how hot and for how long ... a skill which no doubt takes a lot of training and practice to master. It was a common panel beating practice in years gone by. Still used today but they've got all kinds of fancy machines now that do it a lot better.

I've got one thats close but Kyle was the poor one that had to clean it out. I found a rats nest under the dash on top of the glove box.

Nah i am going to keep the rims they are all in about that condition and i know how hard they are to find it took me 6 months to find them for my car. they came off a 79 accord that my brothers old landlord had. he just gave me the car so it was defintly worth it. so just heat it up and then cool it down sounds easy enough I will try it tommorrow. So has anyone else had an interior as bad as this one? if so lets see some pictures well got to go Jason

how much for the wheels those are bad i have heard of heating the metal up and rapidly cooling it with a bag of ice but you dont want it red hot just a little before red or else you shock the material welding a stud and puulling the dents out is also a good method
