I accually got these cool caps that you can use to put those in the later struts. They fit on the top of the later model after you pound the top off and dump out the inside stuff. they make them threaded so that the konis will fit.

Only if you can find the correct openable struts from a much earlier model. The struts you have will be sealed (unless someone has replaced them with older ones some time in the past).
