Do a search about the D-series swap. All of your questions have been covered in detail atleast three times on this board.
Check your local salvage yard if you're still interested in the 1300 crank/rods. The 1980-1983 1300CVCC is the car to pull these from. In the US the engine code is an EJ, in Canada, it's the non-CVCC EN1300 (same rotating assembly).

Hey:
Thank you for the info. I live in Moses Lake, Washington.(for Kyle) If anyone has a 1300 crank that they are willing to part with let me know.
I was also thinking of a D16z6 motor swap. If anyone has information on a swap like this please let me know. I am asuming that with the ECU all the guages are electric? The stock axles can be used? Will need to fabricate mounts and linkage?
And malby modify a crossmeber? If someone has the answers to these questions please let me know.
Thank you,
Jake Thomas Hilliard

What area are you in? I know of a place near me that still sells adapters, not sure if they have that one in stock, but they had the one for the EL for me

I don't mind replying to a literate message.
You may be able to luck out and find a NOS 1300 crank/rods on Ebay like me, but most likely the only place you'll be able to find those items is in a wrecking yard, or on a discussion board.
The goldwing pistons can still be had new from Honda ~$75 ea USD if I recall. Rings are whatever you choose. With the correct adapter, which are mostly found used, a weber DGV 32/36 can be adapted to the stock intake manifold. Or, you can find used (nobody makes them new) single sidedraft intakes, dual sidedraft intakes, the factory RS dual carb setup, or if you're terribly lucky a Mugen quad-carb setup.
Occassionally the members of this board will do a group buy on such things as dual side-draft intake manifolds and headers. People from this board contact a vendor to make a custom run of parts for us. People on this board will occassionally have these items up for sale, or may have bought an extra they are willing to part with.

I am truly sorry, I have adapted to the internet slang or short hand if you will. I still would love for someone to answer these questions for me.
Thanx,

Jake, meet my friend "comma", "comma" meet Jake, there now that you have been formally introduced, you may start to use them. Not trying to be an a$$ or anything, its just really hard to try and tell what the heck you are asking when all your words run together like that. You just asked about 6 questions in 1 sentence.
