There is maybe a 1" between the shifter rod and the steering rack.. it's close, but works

It runs below, We just cut it out for a little extra clearance, for when you throw it thru the gears..

I saw you notched your rear crossmember for the shift linkage, but how does it clear the steering shaft? Does it run below, any pics? Im fitting mine know.
