I posted this last christmas, but for all the new guys/gals...

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the garage
Not a wheel was spinning, not even a crank;
The tool kits were hung by the hoist with care,
In hopes that ST. Soichiro soon would be there;

The civics were nestled all snug in their stalls,
While visions of dual carbs danced in their headlights;
And mamma in her 't-shirt, and I in my boxers,
Had just settled down for a long winter's nap,

When out on the driveway there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a civic 1200, and eight city turbo's all cooling down near.

With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Honda.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;

"Now, KEI HIN! now, KONI! now, CVCC and RS!
On, DELLORTO! on MIKUNI! on, MUGEN and WEBER!
To the top of the garage! to the top of the hoist!
Now spin away! spin away! spin away all!"

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky,
So up to the garage-top the coursers they flew,
With the 1200 full of tools, and St. Soichiro too.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The squealing and skiding of each little panasport.
As I drew in my hand, and was turning around,
lowering down the hoist St. Soichiro came with a bound.

He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with antifreeze and oil;
A bundle of tools he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddler just opening his pack.

His eyes -- how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;

The tip of a tailpipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook, when he laughed like a bowlful of jelly.

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread;

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the tool kits; then turned with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the hoist he rose;

He sprang to his 1200, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight,
"HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD-NIGHT."

Merry Christmas to all and happy wishes to you and your family...

Happy holiday to you as well Shea. Don't be suprised if you find yourself here in one year helping out the new guy with your knowledge of these great little cars.

Take care and keep on truckin'

Greetings, all,

Since the next couple of weeks will be pretty busy for most all of us, I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all happy tidings and all the best for a wonderful Holiday season with your family and friends.:):)

The last couple of months (a.k.a. Life Since Crusty) have been a new and fun time for me, thanks in no small part to all you great people here. I've never felt like I've asked a stupid question since I've been here and that's entirely because of the wealth of knowledge and friendly attitude exhibited by you great people. My most sincere "THANKS" for sharing your wisdom.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!:)

Regards,
Shea (and Crusty, too)

P.S. Don't forget to make time to gorge on that Holiday Feast and doze off in front of the T.V...:)
