New? Good luck. Your best bet would be from a rust-free parts car. Where are you located? If you're in an area where cars don't rust (Southwest U.S. or someplace similar), you should be able to find one at a junkyard sooner or later. If you're in an area where cars do rust (anywhere they use salt on the roads in the winter), then you're going to have a difficult time finding one, or will have to have them shipped to you from somewhere else.
