If you get under the car on the back side of the drum backing plate there should be a rubber boot sticking out, remove it and turn the square head stud out to wards you and this should help to release the bottom of the shoes and also back off the parking brake so that it is loose and try to free up the lever sticking out of the back of the drum.

I have a 1200 that has a stuck passenger side rear brake drum.
I left the car parked on the street for two weeks
and the rear drum on the passenger is stuck solid.
I checked the parking brake, and it's not from a stuck cable, and I bled the line a bit to drop the pressure in the line and it is still stuck. Someone told me it could be the brake shoes are rusted to the drum. Until I can get the drum off, I can't really tell. I tried driving the car back and forth a bit hoping to break free, but no luck so far.
Anyone here has any ideas on how to get the drum unstuck or what the problem might be?
