I dont rememder posting pictures, but I may have. The air cleaner can be sourced from a nissan patrol or somthing. I got the info from Andrew a while back and the top is just a flat piece of aluminum. The biggie is the base which mine allready has as it has the fuel rails in them. I dindn't have that at first and had to find one in Japan.

The EB1 RS head is basically exactly the same as an EB3 head. Deeper combustion chamber, bigger ports and bigger valves than standard EB1 or EB2 head.

cool, I knew youd be of major help on this one don. I am in the process of negotiating with charles over his engine. If that goes through Ill see about those carbs.
Are those the same ones you posted pics of.
How is it so easy to find the air cleaners but not the carbs?
Are they interchangable with something else?
So the only difference is the cc in the heads. Not valve size or anything else. I was wanting to have my head(s) speced out to those proven performance gainers. I have a eb2 and eb3. Are the rs head based on eb1 then or does it matter what I start from as intake posrting is the same for all of them?

There is a 9-10 cc difference between the eb2 and the eb3/Eb1 RS head. Dont worry about a Mugen head because you will never find a real one
I have a dual carb rs setup $175 US Dollars + shipping. You will have to get an air cleaner for it (easy) and rebuild the carbs but its complete.

for any of you that lnow. Whats the specs on a rs/mugen head. Is it best to start with a eb2 or eb3 head to get there. I tried to search but came up with 191 pages.
I saw a pic of dons a while back. The valaves are obviously larger. Does anyone know the ccs and all that. I think Im going to have my head ported and such.
Or if anyone knows where to get a rs carb setup or mugen head. I have a S&S header, the eurocarb dual carb intake with 36mm solex mikunis right now. Thanks Mike
