Nice to hear from Puerto Rico, I've always been impressed by the quality and ingenuity of the import drag cars your country produces.

As far as performance ideas....start reading/researching the threads and archives of this board. As always there are two main methods to improve your civics engine performance: engine swaps (NO kits available, don't ask any one) or modifying your existing motor. Pick your method, do some research, then start asking specific questions. You will be amazed with the quality of information this board can provide.
