"Someone who cares" Could that be Don? :-) If it is, he's just trying to save you trouble but the redneck way will often help. Remember, anything you put in the tank has the potential to get stuck in a tube and clog your fuel flow or mabye get lost and never come out. Don has the experience to know when to pay somebody and save yourself some trouble.

Here is some very wise advise, skip the nuts and bolts #hit. Don't for get there is a float mech. in there. Take it to a Radiator shop and have it cleaned.

put a lil gas in it, about 5 lbs of nuts and bolts in it, shake the piss out of it.

Any1 know how could I clean the gas tank? it has like Rust residue inside...Any suggestions? Thanx.
