The picture of the engine looks very much the same as the 1200, Did you notice that the front lights and mirrors are different too.

It probably ISN'T a CVCC.
Australia got a 4-door 1500 that looks just like that one that does not have a CVCC engine (same bottom end, different head).
It seems that only the US got the CVCC engine.

I have this brocure here from Holland that I was scaning for my web site when I could not help but notice that they do not call or badge the 1500 a CVCC in the book.
