I actually sent out some emails regarding those bumpers for kicks. Very rare, the closest was from a guy in Europe who could get me some new ones for over $500 per bumper. I still have the email if your willing to pay the $$$.

Dark, if it's the car I'm thinking of, I believe those are off of an Innocenti Turbo, which is a small, Italian made car.

Have you checked out Shreck's website (www.1stgencivic.com)? He has quite a few pictures and different ideas for body kits, bumpers, etc. DEFINATELY worth a look.
