Not True King Motorsports has a Mugen Style flair kit for the 1200. I keep telling people about it, the problem is no one wants to step up with $800. So if you have no money I guess they are impossible but to everyone else the best styled flair kit is still availible.

thats what i was afraid of, i have done some fiberglass at the place i used to work (building boats) and am quite familiar with how to do it but it's all matter of materials and facilities. it would be nice to get a set of nice ones and make a mold off them but i would have to do some customizing anyway to get them to fit a 2G wagon.

any type of flaring kits for the civics are just about impossible to find, your best bet is find someone that does fiberglass work and show them what you want.

Hey Don, if you're ever going to have another rust free shell crushed, let me know! I could use a few patch panels, if you'd be willing to cut them out and ship 'em.

I have to make all my own body parts myself. Bodyshell itself isn't too tricky (so far!) but dodgy front fenders are best off being replaced if you can.

Honda still offers repair panels. It may be better to start with another car. I threw away a 78 1200 shell absolutely perfect original paint, offered it up here but nobody was interested and my back yard can only hold so many civics. I paid 50 for the whole car and took the glass doors fenders and running gear the rest was scrapped.

I have a 77 with a slightly rusted rocker panel, and also a slightly rusted out floor in the rear driver side passender footwell area.
Does anyone know of any companies that make pre-fabricated formed steel panels to repair? or is it all have to be custom?
thanks
jay
