The general rule of thumb is to start with the wheel furtherest from the master cylinder and work your way to the closest.
However, this manual seems to say otherwise:

fo sho.. I've got the wheels back down on the ground.. now I've just got to bleed the brake system and drive the mofo.. any tips on bleeding it?

ahh.. nevermind.. I guess I should have noticed, but the people who make the rebuilt driveshafts, mevtech, painted all the machined surfaces ( I guess to stop rust), I pulled the shaft out, chipped off all the paint carefully and it just glided in and clicked. yay.. getting the hub back on nearly gave me an aneurism

Hey all.. how the freaking hell do you get the cv joint all the way home on the transmission? I can't get it to move more than halfway into the gearbox without having to apply a lot of pressure.. is there an easy way to do this rather than groping around on the ground and getting dirt in my face?
