if you can't find one for a first gen...try a second gen...thats where I got mine, an 82 Civic GL(I think)

Try some WD40 and get a new key cut for training the lock because you don't want to break your master set (run about 40 cycles of the key in, turn, out). Usually I can fix any lock with that combo. if it still doesn't free up, spray it again or pick a more aggressive penetrating oil like the stuff from a locksmith (lock anti seize or something like that). The most hardcore is PBlaster, but it's tricky to find.. that stuff can unlock any seized up bolt.

try some graphite powder from a locksmith. it will work for sometime while you search for a new lock barrel

My key is getting harder and harder to turn. I can't find anyone who sells new lock cylinders.
