I think it is 1/4". Just stick a rag under where you're about to remove the line from so any gas that does spill will be soaked up (there shouldn't be too much).

Hey folks, I need to replace my flexible fuel line between the fuel pump and the carb because it has a tear forming in the side of it, and that's like the last thing I want to have a tear in . Any idea what the Inner Diameter and length of the fuel line is, and can I take it off without spilling gas everywhere? The Haynes really isn't helpful in this area of the car.
