This record below is from Sept 2nd HTTP Error 403 means forbidden,
here are some possable reason:
1/ Too many users are connected.

2/ By far the most common reason for this error is that directory browsing is forbidden for the Web site. Most Web sites want you to navigate using the URLs (links)in the Web pages for that site. They do not often allow you to browse the file directory structure of the site.

The stats for the new site from November through April had no forbidden errors.
May had the biggest hit of 437
June had 37
July had 0
Aug had 105
Sept 3

I will check the log in the next few days for this error and what IP address is getting it.
I don't go looking at the log report but my provider says its the only way to find a pattern of errors.

I lowered the cookie setting to low and it still did the same thing. Oh well It just keeps me off computer just think if there were two sites to look through

It could be your cookie setting, it works fine for me at home, but on some of the computer's at work it pop's up with what you have said

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

There are a few people have told me that they cant see anything on the site ....Myself included! it just says access denied. I dont have that problem on any other site. If you want more people then letting them look might be a start
