Richard, just sent you a donation. I started reading this board at the age of 18 and didn't even have any 1g civics yet. I didn't even know you took donations! I'm 24 now, own 3 1g civics and other honda/acura vehicles and have learned a mass amount of info here. I think everyone who is registered should donate something... because obviously this site is used quite a bit by everyone.

Hey Richard....I haven't forgot about you either, I'm just trying to get back on my feet from chaley and frances stopping by! They were definitely not welcomed. And of course being a acura tech at a dealer nearby, work has been coming back slowly. So I will surely get some $ to you as soon as possible..... I use and enjoy this board alot as well..........Rick

Richard, I have marked the date this month to send you a donation as soon I'm paid from my work - it has been slow the past week. I believe your site deserve that as it's been a good site! Thanks

Since my last post I received 6 more donations. That's 10 donations in total. Thanks to those who have given so far. But it's still not good enough considering there are almost 300 registered users. And who knows hom many unregistered users there are!
If this site has saved you money in parts, because of advice given or because of knowledge gained, it won't hurt to give back a few dollars to help it to keep going strong. Remember, nothing good in life is free!
Please, use the link at the bottom of the page or on the main discussion page to do your part and support our community.

Richard, I'll send a donation soon. I've been out of work for a few weeks, but I'm starting a new job on Wednesday. After I get my first paycheck there'll be something in the mail to you.

I have only received 3 donations thus far. I know that more people then that value this board.
I can't even cover my hosting fees with that much. As much as I love this site, I cannot and will not work on it and pay for it if no one else shows that they value the work I do. I am not asking for much and I don't ask often (only once a year).
Please, if you use this board and benefit from it, please donate. You can find the link to donate in the first posting by me on this page or on the front page of the discussion board.
Your board admin,
Richard

Hi Everybody!
This is Richard Nasr, your friendly neighbourhood civic1200.com founder. I am coming to you for our annual donation run. You support is integral for the health and welfare of this community and your past donations have kept this board going strong. I put in many hours of maintenance and up-keep every year that people don't see because most of it is non-visual. Although it is a labor of love, it helps to be able to cover some of the costs such as hosting costs and labor costs.
I am asking that everybody donate $10-$100 as you are able to give. I have provided a very easy way to donate through PayPal. To donate CLICK HERE
If you cannot use PayPal then you can send an international money order to the address below.
