No it won't work. The booster needs vacuum, not pressure!
All the standard manifolds I've seen have provision for a booster takeoff. If there is no booster fitted to the car then the hole in the manifold is simply plugged up with a bolt.

As i mentione in an earlier thread, i am trying to find a spot to hook my brake booster up to cos the engine i now have in my civic doesnt have provision for it on the manifold. I just found a pic of someones setup and it looks like they have hooked the rocker-cover breather up to the brake booster! Would that work?
