I've put aftermarket sway bars on at least a dozen cars & trucks over the years and have NEVER been dissappointed with the improvement. It is one of the 1st things I do to a car along with quality tires and shocks/struts. A sway bar is relatively cheap compared to the improvement you get. I consider it a safety related improvement, as it has kept me out of several scrapes that may have been an accident in a "normal" car.

I'm looking into getting a sway bar for the rear in my 82 sedan. I'm thinking maybe just a rear, but i've heard it throws off the balance some. Another person told me to just stay away from sway bars altogether. There's an abandoned 83 1500S parked down my street that i'm trying to get ahold of and it's got a factory rear sway bar, so maybe i should just go for that? Does anyone who's running sway bars suggest them? Thanks guys,

Addco is still in business. The part number for the end-link is 019. The other parts are just steel angle brackets and steel plates. Addco might still have those, but if not, it would be real easy to fab something up.
