The twin cab Prelude set up (ES in Canada) will not work. Port spacing is too small and there are a million vaccuum lines.
I am using dual Dellorto DHLA 40s on mine with 32 mm chokes (I think). The manifolds are a little tough to find though.

Ok, i am currently weighing up the pros and cons between a boosted injected EL setup, or going with an NA carb setup to start with. This car is going to be the daily driver while my other project is worked on, so it needs to be very reliable. Currently my daily driver is fuel injected turbo and i am kinda thinking it woul dbe interesting to have a play around with a carbed setup just for a few months and then maybe do something more drastic later.
The question is, if i do go for the carbed setup, what sort of carb am i looking for for a 1600 EL motor. Can something like a twin carb prelude setup be modified to work? What size Webers have people used before? What do i need to read up on before i start this cos currently i have never tried modding a carbie engine before!
