My, handy dandy, 78 Civic service manual has the alignment for the SEDAN at:

Front:
Camber: 1/2 deg. positive.
Caster: 3/4 deg.
Toe: 1mm
King pin inclination: 9 deg., 20'

Rear:
Camber: 1/2 deg. positive
Toe: 0 mm

The WAGON is the same with one exception. The front caster is 1/2 deg.
