I think it cost like $200 or something for mine to be custom made. you just let them know all the info and they do it for yea and send some lug nuts too. A notice came with them saying "torque them to 90ftlbs or failure can and will occur.

I'm still worried that they'll break eventually but I figgure on a civic, it shouldn't be that much of a problem with them being lilght and all. I guess the safest way is to re-torque them every week just to make sure.
