yeah, it would be nice. as it is though, we have to go it alone. i saw some pictures of yours. pretty sexy, looks like it even drives so you're ahead of me. got the head at the machinist now, having it resurfaced after the gasket blew. i have heard that a tranny swap is a pretty basic project, just bolt it up and it should work, i don't know if this accord will fit my civic though. piece of advice if you're still in the searching process; look outside of sd proper. the small town junk yards may have first gens, and, if they do, they will get rid of them cheap. reason, small town people are more interested in building big trucks and hot rods rather than fuel efficient love machines. i'll keep you informed on how mine comes together and let you know what hang-ups i run into on the way.

Bluebot, too bad your not in San Diego, CA. I'm looking to do the same project, but would prefer to do it with a 2nd pair of eyes just to help me out. It can be done, just take your time from what I've heard.

does anyone know if i can drop a 5-speed manual from a 77 accord cvcc into my 79 civic cvcc wagon? my civic is a two speed hondamatic.
