Sweet pics THANKS! Im convinced now, I also have that top set (keeping) but I sold Ed a set that I dont see in any brochures, they had several ribs across them (more than the ones up top, and the logo was different) thats all I remember about them. Still its a rare set, I wonder if the guy I got the car from grabbed them from an Accord, or if it was left over from the dealership and they stuck these in and charged him for them. Its only the fronts that are very slightly different in fit anyway, backs are the same so they good in the Civic just fine.
Well they already have a bid so I cant revise but I will email the bidder.

Jared, those are Accord floor mats for sure, I checked my 78 Accord brochure and they are there in carpeted black, burgundy, blue, gold. It also shows the Civic mat and the are different.
Civic mats here http://www.1stgencivic.com/newsite/media/113.jpg
There is one more style of mat for the civic that are simular to the Accord but have a better front mat to fit around the wheel well.

no way they fit too good like I said I have 2 other sets that dotn show up in brochures either, open up some Accord brochures and see if they show up. Schreck post a pic as I have no idea what you are trying to describe.

I saw a set of those in a G1 Accord. They were blue though. But everything else was the same.

Those are not, I have some and they differ. The backs do not have any cutouts.
BTW anyone have the front passenger side.
I have a pair of those front ones (all rubber)and they are too long and dont fit right.

Ya I was wondering the same thing when I saw them, I've never seen carpeted floor mats before. Not even my honda accesories books show them

Somebody emailed me and said they are 1980s, I have another different set, and sold Ed in Cad. yet another different set all of which I have never seen in brochures or anywhere, I think maybe they are dealership and not factory? Anyway the old school H logo went away after 79 correct, so shes wrong. THe 1 gen they were in was an original car with several accoessories like pass side mirror, radio adaptor etc. So I think they sprung for the accessories at the dealership and it IS a 1 gen.
