No A/C yet. Still have the evaporator and condensor mounted, but that's about it. I need to save up some more $ first - maybe a couple more big side jobs will do it. I think I'll try to test fit everything, but Turbo has priority over A/C ANYDAY in my book =) If I can sneak in the A/C after the turbo is mounted in there, then I'll install everything. But for now, the alternator belt just spins alone, all by itself because his neighbor Mr. Timing belt won't come outside to play.

good job, so is your AC hooked up?

Kyle, added some crossmember pics for ya. It was kinda gloomy outside today so might be kinda dark, thank goodness for flashes.

Kyle, I'll try to take pics in the morning after the fog clears up. The crossmember I have is temporary but it works. The square tubing I used is too thin (I think so anyways) so I am going to redo it with thicker tubing, a bigger front sway bar along with new bushings for my front end, whenever I can find them. I basically took two short pieces of tubing welded it to a long piece at the ends, made sway bar brackets (where the bushings would sit), bolted the crossmember on, took a 2nd gen civic sway bar, mounts, bushings (a wagon one - even though the hatch/sedan looked like they were the same size), and bolted it the control arms and the crossmember brackets. You'll see once I get the pictures added

I wouldn't mind seeing a few shots of the front crossmember, everyone seems to do that part different, and I'm still looking for one that looks proper

Thanks Justin! It runs super! Except I have to find time to get me a good NTK or Denso O2 sensor instead of that crap Bosch one that's currently in there right now. It's the same engine I had in my '76 cvcc hatch that you helped me out with back in 2000 - do you remember back that far? I e-mailed you asking you a bunch of stuff and you gave me a bunch of great info especially which fuel pump to use! You can take some credit for it too, since you are the "MASTER" =) *bowing* Granted, it's not as fast as the hatchback was because it weights quite a bit more, but I can still catch people off guard on the street. With the Falken 195-60r14 tires on steelies in the front, it's very easy to get them to break traction. I took it to the track one time and I babied it through a 17.0 pass at 82mph. The fastest my hatch with the ZC ran was a 15.0 @71mph...the slow trap speed is because I was in a bracket race, I lifted and had to hit the brakes - but still broke out (I dialed in @ 15.20), so that was a mid-high 14 sec cvcc! And the last time I weighed the hatch it was 1640lbs without driver and I'm assuming my wagon weighs close to my '91 crx si around 2000lbs. I miss that hatchback =( Not bad for a stock ZC, I wish I would've dyno'ed it. And the reason I babied my wagon is because I need lower control arm and sway bar/strut rod bushings - I didn't want to tow my car back home from the track. It's my daily driver/grocery getter/baby hauler so I have to take car of it. It's been to San Francisco from central california a couple of times with no problems, except wind noise from the door seals/weatherstripping.

I am planning on turbocharging it in the near future and attempt to install A/C in the process so wish me lots of luck everyone! I'm about to get a digital camera very soon (I borrowed one for the pics I just took, haha) so if anyone has any questions or wants some pictures I can add more to my photobucket page. Just ask or e-mail, I always reply.

Ok, maybe not - one more try. If they don't work this time, then the pictures will be so small you won't be able to tell there's a swap in there! So just check it out at:
