Jarcaf...I saw something like what You're looking for somewhere but don't remember where. well...Anyways, They did a roll bar behind the seats like up to where the headrest starts on the seat and they put the harness "kit" on the tubing over the seat , dunno if You understand. But hope that gives you an Idea , I'll see If I could find something.

Would it be acceptable to mount a 4point harness to a bar that's not attached to the roof structure? Me Recaros are a "touring" style w/ the adjustable headrest and no harness slots, but I would really prefer a harness. Any ideas?

I like to use 1 1/2" tubing in the small cars. Standard roll bar tubing is 1 5/8, but it really looks too large in the smaller cars.

Just curious what size tubing you guys are using for your roll cage. I am looking at welding one up for just behind the 2 front seats. Kind of like the one in Moe's car. Mostly for looks.
