I had professionaly drilled rotors on my car and they fractured. I agree with Adrian. They are not worth it.

So out of the two...of Cross-drilled and slotted You say slotted? Difference? as in performance. I would do the rear disk set up, but cant find the other car parts.."Prelude,Integra..Etc." to do it here in Puerto Rico.. :(

Any discs can be cross drilled but MUST be done by someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
The holes must be evenly spaced to retain balance, not too close to the edges, correct size (not too large, not too small) and have the edges correctly chamfered.
Personally I'd never drill discs and won't use even properly drilled discs (i.e. drilled by the manufacturer). Holes in discs are weak spots and if cracks are going to occur they will start at the holes.

I've toured the Disc Brakes Australia factory a couple of times (excellent thing to do, very educational) and they always say never to use their drilled discs for any serious driving (track work etc) as they crack around the holes. It's far better to use slotted discs.

I have Integra type R front rotors on the rear(11.3" and vented)but I'm using nsx rear calipers.
the easiest set-up is going with '85-'87 prelude caliper/brackets/mounting hardware. '88 and newer civic rear hubs(modified)and rear discs from a Si civic or Integra. there are many topics regarding this :)

a rear disc setup is possible. there are a few combos that will work with some fab and ingenuity. a few guys have used 91-92 discs, and 84-87 Prelude rear dics. Many of the specs are close on these different gens. I think putting your fronts on your rears would work pretty good. Maybe just the question of caliper mounting, and seals. I myself am either going to try thr 86 Prelude, or just bigger Accords.

Is it possible to do a disk conversion in the rear with the front disks? You know adding new ones plus the calipers,Etc... If not ok, just wanted to know. Thanks. :)
