Thanks Kurt for posting the pictures. I would love to go w/ B16, money is tight. Family and roof over our heads comes first. Sohc vtec is cheap.
Jarcaf, save you money for school, get your master, get a good job, than you can get all the toy you want. If I had to do it all over again, I would stay in school and get my degree, but life isn't always that way. Some people have to work or no money for college.

Db2, I'm using '74 openable struts w/ wet kit inserts from Classic Garage on the fronts and just inserts on the rears. I'm using ground control from a '93 Civic SI.

Man, I'd give you everything I've saved up for college for everything in those pics! I get the feeling my parents would be gravely disappointed though...

Hey Chris, do you have any pictures? Congrat on the new house. Yeah, I just upgrade to a bigger house and it's a long being broke investment. Payment just come by so fast every month. Well, my D16Z6 Cvcc project has been going on so long now, years, forgot went I started. Lol. It's sitting in my garage, motor in, but mounts not weld yet. I don't even have time to try out my Miller tig welder yet. I need to weld the mounts, shift linkage, and finish up the fuel lines. I might put my old turbo kit on or go all motor w/ individual throttle body. Either way, she'll be a screamer. I'm not in a rush to finish with little free time. I have a '93 SI for daily driving. I can send someone some picture to post. I don't know how to post pictures.

You're gonna take the "R" out of the rx-7!? That's an atrocity!:)

By chris ingham (Cingham) (4.228.219.83) on Monday, February 21, 2005 - 12:23 pm:

hey all its me i never left, i still read things here. Just seeing where everyone is in their swap. I just completed a major stage, buying a house, next process is getting my car down to las vegas and finshing it up.
Its all set for a d16/zc what ever comes cheapest only major thing left to really do is the shift linkage and wiring, but it really won't be to much of an issue, just finding the time.
To be honest, i'm probably going to sell it as soon as its finshed, i've found a new beast project...LS1 90 RX-7, and the cvcc is going to fund that one.
