yeah, firefox is awesome for so many reasons! Microsoft would have to pull out something pretty magical for me to go back to ie.
A few popups have crept through for me, but only like one a month.. I think I can deal with that :P And tabbed browsing is so much nicer than using multiple windows.

Anybody using Firefox browser? I was reading where its got some advantages over IE. I downloaded it its not too bad to use. My Beta MS spyware has started a expiration clock Seems MS as always wants money for something good, Thats why I was looking into spyware proof browsers. In Fire fox you can click option boxes that keep people from running items on your computer.... so they say.

I used Spybot and Ad-aware together. After trying out the Microsoft product, it found things the other two didn't report. For now, I've unloaded Spybot (due to Randy's comment) and will see how the MS Anti-Spyware and Ad-aware work together. Thanks for the link, Don!

Dave Spybot Search and destroy has Built in Spyware, read the fine print when you installed the software, I removed it a while ago and heve used the Microsoft one ever since, you will be surprised how much more the Microsoft one finds on its first run. Plus it blocks spyware from installing anything on your with out it popping up and letting you know. It a good investment for free.

I use Spybot Search and Destroy and it works very well and is free also. It works on the older platforms like ME and 98 too. I downloaded the Microsoft Beta one. It has a nice auto update option as well as nice looks with ease of operation. It found two probs on my PC when I scanned with it.

I have to admit that I was surprised you posted this, but I'm glad you did. The porgram found 38 problems on my computer. If I had more time to format my hard drive I would have. Hopefully now I won't need to. Its exactly what I needed. Thanks!
