ok it cost me $25, you could go thru majestic honda and order one, I could ship you mine, if the old collar does not come off easy, which they don't, I have done 2 of these already, you will have to carefully cut it off, the best way I found is a cutting disc and make a diagonal cut from the top to bottom, so you just go thru the collar, then take a small cold chisel and pop it off. that way your using your own shifter, just replacing the boot. you can email me.

how much $$$ you looking for the part ?
i think its going to be cheaper to buy sum1's old wreck and get the shifter out because noltec said 1month and they wouldnt quote me

Funny, I spoke to Nolathane 2 weeks ago, they want $200AUs per coner/strut, to re-build them in Nolathane, with Spherical bearing, but you get to offset for negative camber, caster if you want.I thought $800AUS for the four was a little rude.

Adrian, do you know, or have you seen any specs on how well the urethane bonds to the metal pieces, as compared to the origional method of vulcanizing the rubber and metal together? I am still wondering if it might be possible to rebuild the front strutcaps using the origional inner and outer metal pieces but replaceing the worn out rubber with urethane.

I've never had one done there.
Just take the old one in and they'll melt out the rubber and pour new stuff in.

Take your old one to Noltec and they'll rebuild it (replace the rubber with urethane).
