The one in the blister pack my friends, is a special edition. I've only seen them in red, RS models only, and it's a lot more detailed than the orange/green/blue ones that come in the box. Look closely and you'll see a lot more chrome trim, plus winshield wipers! Watanabes not included.

They also cost a lot more. 595 yen I think. That's damn near $6 USD or about $8-9 CAD. I've only seen them in Japan, however I've never looked anywhere else.
