Should bolt right up, but the eb1 has a smaller bore which will give you a bit less power.

My 77 civic has an EB2 in it. Have recently worked the head, cam and distributor. Now have the inevitable blown rings. I can get an EB1 engine for nothing.SO my question is, can i put my worked EB2 head onto an Eb1 block, and what would be the possible results?? Your help would be much appreciated.
