SDCVCC, send me an e-mail. I have a 78 Wagon I'd love to have a Kamei air dam for. Either way, I'd be more than happy to have you test the dam on my car. I'm in North San Diego.

Mold will be ready for parts on Tuesday. First part will be good for test fitting by Thursday. Need a volunteer in San Diego area to test fit. I have a 75 CV so I dont think it will make a good model.
I will be doing short run quality. Since I dont need to make 100's I plan on taking extra care in lay up and prep. These will come in a durable sandable primer material called Duratec. I will finish them off with very sandable urethane primer. If you want them non paint prepped they will go for cheaper. Price TDB after labor and materials sorted out after first part.
Most composite companies use all polyester and mat fiberglass. Since I work for an aircraft company I have good connections to high quality aerograde resins and fiberglass enabling me to use strong epoxies and cloth material.
Result- stronger, longer lasting, lightweight product.
Carbon fiber available later.
Also looking to do other first gen parts reproductions.
