I scavenged the body kit (side skirts & front snowplow) at one of the local wreckers. Took a LOT of modifying to make it fit the civic as the kit came off a larger vehicle and the shape didn't fit the car perfectly.

If I ever come across another set of sideskirts I'll make a mold from them. ;)

If anyone needs a place to upload their pics, civic77 has an events area now.. just go to http://www.civic77.com and click tech > add an article and then choose events and misc pics from the pull down. then select "event" and enter a name. then set the album to active and write some comments on it and press update. then below that, add your pic and click the update box next to the pic so they stay in order. repeat that process until you've uploaded your pics. I'll be fixing some of the script later on, but for now, it'll work

but on a side note I sold my Daytona to a guy that flew all the way from Manitoba, he is driving it back home as we speak (26 hour drive)! I wouldn't drive that for a Civic never mind a stock Daytona.

it was a pretty sweet show. I have some good photos to post...once I get home and figure it out. It was nice meeting everyone, you've seen the cars and now the poeple...next year will be even better! More cars, hopefully nothing after 1980 though More civics more datsuns more toyotas & mazdas... Obviously the civics are the best, but hey a nice old Corona or Rx2, weez all friends here.

tomorrow left the cam in the car. Pretty fun day :D lots of cool Hondas in the Vancouver crew.. man some of the Datsuns blew my mind too.. Nice to finally meet everyone I ate too much at rr, the ferry ride home was me just sleeping in the car for an hour and a half -- classy..

I also belong to a Datsun club, but I would love it if someone made some type of SouthWest show. One thing we do at the Datsun Roadster club is get together once a year at Solvang, CA. Solvang is a small Danish town located in Santa Barbara. They are car club friendly and the movie "Sideways" was filmed there also. Anyway, here's a link to my Datsun Roadster club
