does anyone know the stock specs for a '79 EK1 canshaft? i just got mine back from the grinder. i asked him for any specs he could give me on the "street" grind he did and gave me the follwing:
Lift: 406/416
Adv. Dur.: 278/280

i assume the first numbers of both sets are intake, last are exhaust.

i guess its based off a custom grind this shop did years ago. he said they've gotten good feedback from a number of honda people who've used it.
