That all seems correct as far as what we get in NZ, and that should cover all European models too?
Except that our 1500's are non-cvcc. I think they should be referred to as 1500's, cos the cvcc and non-cvcc variants are the same apart from youre silly emmisions rubbish =P

Correction - the exhaust and rad may not work if you are outside North America. I remember something to this effect but not sure on the details.

Here are just a few most common ways to tell: If no markings including the dash on woodgrain, rear emblems, grill stating CVCC and if the steering wheel has been replaced (2 spoke 1200, 3 spoke CVCC), you can tell by the engine - exhaust out the front for 1200, rear of head for CVCC. If there is a small rad and no sheet metal beside the rad covering the rest of the front, then a 1200. Also if your front valance can be unbolted from the car and not welded on, then it is a CVCC. Also different rear suspension.
Now with the year, the easiest way to tell is to look for the blinkers - below the bumper with plastic corners 78/79, above the curved chrome bumper 73-77. This works in North America but not 100% sure around the globe.
Hope this helps, as I assume you mean the 1200 versus the CVCC models.
