That white civic there has Hemi in it. And saying it 'fits' is a bit of an exageration, that thing has a full tube front.

I've seen somthing similar, but installed in a 600. A big block with an 871 blower. The blower stuck so far out of the hood, the only way I could see to drive the beast was to hang your head out the drivers side window- like a dog on a hot summer day.

This wheelstanding civic?

I think I recall seeing a all-out drag race Civic with a Chevy 427 in it, and where a 427 will fit, the bigger motors will go to, like the 572 cubic inch motor Chevy started selling recently . I want to say it was white? The picture I remember was one of it doing a wheelie on the starting line of a dragstrip.
Looks like that yellow Civic was stretched a good 6-8 inches to get that small block in there, at least he didn't need to get the transmission to fit under the hood too!

I am currently in the process of shoehorning a B-18 from a 91 integra into a 74 civic. Looks like it should go pretty good. I'll post pics as the progress proceeds. Currently I am modifying the rear sub frame assembly from the integra to the stock civic frame member.

it almost looks like a old mini my buddy found with a H22a prelude engine swap. Same car as his, but clearly power to weight ratio is in favor of the mini.

the car was for sale on ebay a few years ago. I grabbed the pictures from the auction.

There is no way in hell that is a civic chassis. Its just got civic pannels draped over some other car. I wonder what its based around? I love the way you can see the road through the side of the engine bay in that 4th pic awesome.

I'll bet that yellow civic is quite fast given with the power of 350 motor, lol! Seems that by now the 350 motor is almost everywhere in any car model I've seen - I think?
I once saw with my own eyes at one car show that someone put a 350 in the back seat area in a '70s VW beetle - with its tranny mated direct to rear axle in there.

the accord motor is physically to deep to fit in a 1200 chassis, to fit anything bigger than the D-series you will have to remove the firewall

So i tried the search and saw that the largest working swap to date is a d16 in the 1200? Is this true or does anyone know anything different. Ive got a few a20a1, a20a3 engine kicking around from 88-89 accords. Im wondering if it would physically fit in the bay. I know the cvcc is 3 inches longer and that seems to be what everyone is using but Ive already got the 1200. Thanks for the ehlp mike
