I have the Dellorto 40mm carbs on my Datsun 240Z. You can get them from CB performance out of California. They are awesome people, really helpful.

The carbs are really easy to rebuild and adjust. If you haven't already bought a book on How to Tune and adjust your Dellorto carbs, you should get it.
