Strange, my wagon is a '79 and I swapped it all from a '77 canadian wagon, everything was a bolt on..

Bruce is it mostly just drilling a couple holes and screwing in bolts. Frank sounded like he wanted to keep it somewhat simple...

its not a straight swap over though justin, not on the cvcc, the hood mounts are different too. I wanted to swap my hood and grill over to my 79 cvcc.....not a direct swap, it can be done but...there is small modifications to be done

You must be talking about a cvcc (two cowl scoops) if yours is a cvcc it will swap over, you need the grill, lower chrome strip to go with the grill and headlight baskets. if you have a 1200, you have to use 1200 parts, they will fit with modifications, the hood is a no go..

no for both questions. hood mounts different and so does the grill.

Will the honeycomb grill from a '77 fit on a '79? (And yes, for all you crazy torch-wielding people out there, I realize you can make anything fit, I'm talking about EASILY fitting.) Along those lines, how about the hood from a '77 onto a '79? (I prefer the two black hood scoops near the wipers.) Thanks in advance!
