That IS funny as the stock pump usually delivers toomuch fuel for e Weber and needs have a regulator fitted to drpo the pressure down to 3-4lbs.

You are right Don, the Facet pump is smaller, one straight and one 90* fitting will allow it to fit into the stock location. I ran one on my 78 for around 200k miles. Mount it to rubber to cut down on the noise though, they do rattle! The regulator is a real good idea, I never had one and was just lucky that I never had a needle and seat let go...

I dont use a stock fuel system so I cant say for sure. My system has a cell with two 1/2" pickups leading to a fram fuel filter and a holley red pump by the rear wheel. The large size of the holley makes it a pain to mount correctly. Pierce manifolds have some electric pumps http://www.piercemanifolds.com/linkage.htm
they may be smaller and a regulator is a must too.

im not getting enough fuel with the stock cvcc electric fuel pump. for my single sidedraft weber. any sugestions for a swap?
