Since the EN1 Head is close to the EB3 you could use the EN1 but your compression would be close to stock, also you must match the pin hieght to what ever rod / crank your using.

But what pistons and rods should I use? EN1 or I thought I read something saying that you can use goldwing motorcycle pistons and that these raise the compression. But would these be alright with the head?

RS head and EB3 heads are the same casting. "(H)"
I would try both carb setups and see what you prefer but the dells when working, usually give the better results.

Hi All
I’m building a race engine for my eb3, and would like some advice on what bottom end would be best to use with my rs head and which pistons should I use, I had some rs ones but they got nicked. Also would the original rs carbs be better than twin dellorto carbs I'm running at the moment? The head doesnt have it's original cam unfortunately, and I have no idea what sort of grind I should use. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Matthew
